About KudosNest
KudosNest is a family app for two everyday jobs: getting chores done without nagging, and checking homework without doing it for your kid. One price covers the whole family.
Who makes it
KudosNest is built and run by one independent developer, Phan Thanh Tuyền, in Hanoi, Vietnam. There is no investor, no ad business and no data business behind it. The app is paid for by the families who use it, so the only way it works is by being useful to parents.
Being small is also why we write down how things work. You can read how KudosNest checks homework, what we do with your data and how we write the blog.
What we believe
- Homework help should make kids think. Results and correct answers are for parents. When a child is stuck, Roo asks a guiding question, never gives the answer, and the app checks every hint before a child sees it.
- AI can be wrong, so parents stay in charge. When KudosNest is not sure, it says so and asks you to check. You can change any result.
- Children's privacy comes first. No ads, no analytics or tracking tools, no selling data, and no free-text typing in child mode. Homework photos are deleted from our servers within 24 hours and are never used to train AI.
- Chores are about learning to help, not about prizes. Points and rewards are a way to make effort visible. There are no random prizes, loot boxes or rankings between siblings.
- Every family speaks its own language. The app works in English, Spanish, French and Vietnamese, and each child can use a different language from their parent.
Where it works
KudosNest is made for families in the United States, Canada and Australia first, with children aged 6 to 15. Homework checking covers math, grades 1 to 9.
