Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and [to be filled in before launch] ("we") for using KudosNest. By creating an account you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.
Who can use KudosNest
Accounts are for parents and legal guardians who are adults where they live. Children use KudosNest only through a profile that their parent creates and supervises, on a device the parent pairs.
Your account
Keep your password and your child's PIN private. You are responsible for what happens in your family account, and for the information you add to it, including the homework pages you scan. Please do not include faces or full names in photos.
Homework checking is a helper, not a teacher
Results come from AI and can be wrong. They are meant to help a parent check homework, not to replace the parent or the teacher. Each result can be corrected in the app. Hints for children are designed never to give the answer.
Subscriptions
Some features need a paid plan. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal. Refunds follow the store's rules.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to reach other families' data, to overload or reverse-engineer it, or to upload anything unlawful. Plans include monthly limits, shown in the app.
Ending your account
You can delete your family account at any time in the app (see Delete your data). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why when we can.
Disclaimers and liability
KudosNest is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes and law
We will tell you about material changes to these terms before they take effect. These terms are governed by [to be filled in before launch], without limiting the consumer protections of the place where you live.
