Delete your data

You can delete one child's data, or your whole KudosNest family account, at any time. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open KudosNest in parent mode and go to the Family tab.
2. Under Your data, choose:
   • Delete [child]'s data to delete one child, or
   • Delete family and account to delete everything. You will be asked for your password.

Removing the app from a phone does not delete your data. If you have a paid plan, also cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings, since the store handles billing.

What is deleted

• A child: the profile, chores and their history, points, reward requests, homework photos and results, hints, and the child's paired devices, which stop working right away.
• The family: all of the above for every child, plus your account, consent records, rewards and AI usage counts.

Data is deleted from our systems immediately and removed from backups within 30 days.

Without the app

If you can no longer open the app, email [to be filled in before launch] from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.
